Every massage session is tailored to your unique needs- there is no "cookie cutter" massage when you come to see me. Each massage I provide to my clients is as unique as they are. Each takes into account your needs and preferences. Whether you seek relief from tension, pain management, or simply wish to unwind and rejuvenate, I have you covered.

I accept cash, check, credit card, Venmo, and Zelle. I do accept HSA/FSA accounts as well, and can provide all HICFA/ Health Insurance reimbursement paperwork for you to submit for reimbursement, but I do not bill health insurance at this time.

Therapeutic/ Integrated Massage

My most requested massage. An hour of whatever you'd like to work on- includes Trigger Point Therapy and integrated massage techniques to relieve pain. I would love to be answer "So what kind of massage IS it?" but the answer is I never really know what it is you need until I begin to work on you. I *can* tell you that it will be amazing!

Swedish Massage for Relaxation

$110/60 minutes

Don't want deeper work? This is the massage for you. Relax for an hour, with smoothe, rhythmic massage techniques meant to relax you and promote circulation. This massage usually has less pressure for those more sensitive to deeper therapies.

Lymphatic Massage

$110/60 minutes

This massage stimulates the body's natural process to uptake fluid from surrounding tissues into the lymphatic system. It reduces inflammation, calms the sympathetic nervous system, relieves stiffness, fatigue and bloating, reduces symptoms of , arthritis and chronic pain, and aids post- surgical recovery.

5- Hour Package

A package of 5 hours of my time that can be used in several time increments (30, 60, or 90 minute sessions) can be purchased for $500
