Cancellation Policy

 

Thank you for choosing to book a massage with me! To ensure that each client receives the best possible care and attention, I kindly ask that you review the following cancellation policy:

FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS:

Your first appointment with me will require a $50 deposit to hold that time slot for you (FIRST APPOINTMENT ONLY). This is due to a ridiculous amount of people booking with me and not showing up at all for their time slot. Trust me- it confuses me too!

 

When you schedule an appointment, the payment you make acts as a deposit to hold your spot. This time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client.

 

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

FOR ALL CLIENTS: 

24 hour notice is required for ALL appointment cancellations.

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and I do my best to be flexible whenever possible— but I am one person with a small, independent massage office downtown, and my time slots available for people are very limited.

​

Canceling your appointment with me with less than 24 hour notice does not provide me ample time to offer that slot to another person. You will still be required to pay 50% of your massage fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and you will be responsible for the full amount of your session if you do not call or show up. This fee must be paid before your next appointment can be booked.
